About us

At Whale Design Co, we specialise in curating, producing and marketing strategy projects that connect people, place and purpose. We work with cultural, education and public organisations to shape ideas into clear, engaging outcomes – whether it’s a campaign, cultural development program, exhibition or public program.

With over 20 years’ experience across design, production and stakeholder-led projects, our approach is research-led and collaborative. We take the time to understand audiences, context and objectives, then bring together the right creative voices to deliver work that is thoughtful, accessible and well executed, from concept through to delivery and promotion.

Whale Design Co has worked with organisations including SBS, City of Sydney, Brisbane City Council, Powerhouse Museum, Australian Rail Track Corporation and the Japan Foundation, supporting projects that build audience engagement, strengthen community connection and extend impact beyond launch.
